Research on Identification and Comprehensive Evaluation of Contract Management Risk of Enterprises

With the increasing legal risk and the important role of contract management department of enterprises in China,enterprises now attach more importance to contract risk management than before.The process of contract risk management is introduced which includes risk identification,risk analysis and assessment,risk plan,risk monitor and control of contract management.Then contract management factor risk and contract management process risk are identified with the method of expert research and operation process respectively.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to assess risk of contract management,and the rules of the risk are analyzed through questionnaire research of an enterprise.
