This paper expatiates on the consequence resulting from the decentralized recovering and processing of scrap steel,improper scrap steel resources distribution and low concentration degree of the scrap steel markets in Guangdong.It is therefore pointed out that a relatively concentrated scrap steel market and a proper resources distribution are needed for a steady growth of the scrap steel markets in Guangdong.
