摘要
Hollow microbeads are treated with coupling agent KH-550.The effect of the contents of hollow microbeads on the tensile strength,the impact strength,the rheological behavior and morphological structure of PP/microbeads composites are studied.Thermal resistance and phase structure of the system are analyzed.Results show that the tensile strength and impact strength of the activated microbeads filled PP are higher than those of unactivated ones.It is founded that the hollow microbeads not only maintains the mechanical properties of the system,but also decreases the cost of it.
