Effects of nitrogen application amount on grain yield and quality in weak-gluten wheat Yangfumai 2

The effects of nitrogen application amount on grain yield and quality in weak-gluten wheat Yangfumai2 indi- cated that grain yield,protein and gluten contents increased with the increase of N application amount at a certain range, but starch content decreased.According to the results,to produce grain more than 6 750 kg·hm~(-2)with protein content less than 115 g·kg~(-2)and gluten content less than 240 g·kg~(-1),the suitable N application amount was about 172 kg·hm~(-2)(nitrogen)for weak-gluten wheat Yangfumai 2.
