Parameter optimization of AMR packing/unpacking

The process of packing and unpacking is the transformation of AMR/FR and AMR/HR.In the current real case,the cell with high volume of packing/unpacking also has high handover failure and risk of drop call. Meanwhile,due to the volume of packing is normally higher than the one of unpacking,the cell with high volume of packing/unpacking has relatively higher ratio of half rate.The purpose of this analysis is to decrease the risk of drop call and the ratio of half rate by identifying the correlation of packing and unpacking,and adjusting reasonable relevant parameter to decrease avoidable packing/unpacking.
