摘要
The dry maize seeds were irradiated by He-Ne laser at power densities of2.8,3.8and5.4mW·min -1 ·m -2 ,respec-tively,and the corresponding irradiating periods lasted5s,50s and500s.As a result,the POD and CAT activities of maize seedlings inoreased while their AsAPOD activity decreased and their GSH contents increased.Consequetly,the improvement of the active oxygen metabolism for plants groeing up from the seeds being irradiated could be expected.
