Clinical study of paclitaxel and S-1 in first-line treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and security of paclitaxel and S-1 in first-line treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods The usage of paclitaxel 90 mg/m2,d1 and d8,the usage of S-1 60 mg/m2 bid po,d1-14,after three weeks repeated,at least 2 cyclical chemotherapies.Results The cases of PR,SD and PD in 36 patients were 17,9 and 10 with mild loxicity.Conclusion Advanced gastric cancer treated in first-line by paclitaxel and S-1 will show vast foreground of treatment.
