摘要
AimsIntracellular nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT) is the rate-limiting enzyme for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) biosynthesis. This study investigated the role of NAMPT-mediated NAD+ signalling in post-ischaemic vascular repair.
