Inhibitory effects of β-type glycosidic polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii on dextran sodium sulfate-induced colitis in mice

The present study demonstrated the anti-inflammatory and gut microbiota regulatory effects of a Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide as a functional natural component and a beneficial prebiotic candidate against IBD.
