Study on the Tribology Properties of the Particles/Cu Composite Coatings

The tribology properties and wear mechanism of Al 2O 3,TiC,and TiCCaF 2 particles reinforced copper composites by eletrodeposit have been investigated.The test results show that the content of the particles has great effect on the wearability of the composites and TiCCaF 2/Cu is a kind of good antifrictional and antiwear material.In addition,the worn surface morphologies prove that the particle wear and adhesive wear are dominant.
