Endoscopic ligation treatment of 15 cases of gastric heterotopic pancreas

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ligation heterotopic pancreas in the stomach under endoscopy.Methods Applications Olympus gastroscopy and COOK ligation device for 15 cases of gastric heterotopic pancreas underwent ligation.Results 15 patients had 14 cases of disposable ligation success,one patient ligation ring after the first two days off,once again successfully ligation,no postoperative bleeding,perforation and other complications. 7- 8 days after endoscopy,the lesions were off and the wound healed well. No recurrence was found with follow-up endoscopy after three months and one year,respectively. Conclusion Ligation treatment of gastric heterotopic pancreas is a safe and effective method.
