Development of process parameters of wet-granulation

This paper summarizes the status and trends of advanced processes and equipments of wet-granulation,including the type of wet-granulating equipments,the basic elements of wet-granulation and process parameters impacting the quality of wet-granulation.A high-shear mixer is mostly used for the wet-granulation.Applied Process Analytical Technology(PAT) and statistical tools of granulation are dominating the kingdom of wet-granulation.
