The mid-aged and old adults members with cardiovascular diseases in fitness clubs have been investigated in this study.The 86 subjects were divided into three groups for men and female,and provided with three different modes of durations of aerobic walking and running respectively.For each group the serum HDL-ch and HDL-ch/T-ch indicators were compared on bases of statistics between post-exercise and pre-exercise base values.The results showed that the accumulated amount of aerobic walking and running were advantageous to increase serum levels of HDL-ch and HDL-ch/T-ch and facilitate recovery of cardiovascular diseases.
