Inheritance law is a law governing the transfer of inheritance ownership rights (tirkah) of the testator to determine who has the right to become an heir and how much each part is. Inheritance is an activity that occurs when an heir dies and leaves an inheritance and heir. In the implementation of inheritance, inheritance is the most sensitive thing in causing a conflict. Inheritance is an activity whose implementation is regulated in Islamic law. As a Muslim, one should follow the rules of Islamic inheritance. This is because it is an Muslim's obligation to follow the rules according to Islamic law. \nSribit Village is a village that can be said to have a religious environment. This can be proven from the many religious activities and the presence of Muhammadiyah mass organizations which are quite dominant in the village of Sribit. However, looking at the realities when viewed from the implementation of inheritance among Sribit village communities, Islamic inheritance law has not been implemented by the majority of Sribit village communities. What makes most Sribit village communities not yet implement Islamic inheritance law is the customary factor of using inheritance law in addition to Islamic law, besides the lack of knowledge about Islamic inheritance, as well as different perspectives of justice in addressing the distribution of inheritance objects. So from that to realize the Islamic inheritance law can be implemented in the division of Islamic society.
