Curative effect of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(pOSAHS) with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy(TA).Methods To observe pre-postoperative change on 58 confirmed pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome cases by TA.Results Among them,56 cases were recovery.2 cases were amelioration.Conclusion TA on pOSAHS is effective,safe therapeutic measure.
