The magnetic analysis of large bearing axial mixing magnetic bearing

For the hybrid magnetic bearing design requirements of large bearing flywheel,and taking into account the symmetry of hybrid magnetic bearings,establishing the hybrid magnetic bearing model by the ANSOFT 2D module,analysing the flux density distribution lines,flux density distribution and magnetic flux leakage of magnetic bearings in the equilibrium position operating point. The results show that the entire magnetic circuit of the magnetic bearing unsaturated,and reasonable design. As well as the calculated leakage coefficient is relatively large,this is due to the overall structure of the magnetic bearing is large,the magnetic circuit is long,and large air gap,and the analysis for the subsequent design provides a reliable basis.
