This study mainly explores the individual behaviors of financial specialists by using the existing correlation among personality traits, core competence, job satisfaction and job performance. The study takes bank financial specialists in the management department as the research objects. Questionnaire includes core competence, personality traits, job satisfaction, job performance and demographic variables which are explanatory variables that influence the job performance. The empirical findings obtained from statistical analysis show that the higher job satisfaction, the higher job performance; in terms of personality traits, it has positive and direct influence towards job performance and indirect influence on job performance by affecting job satisfaction. In addition, core competence directly affects job performance and job satisfaction has a mediating effect between core competencies and job performance.
