Objective To observe the hypertrophic scar fibroblasts P16 expression,and to explore the differences between normal skin tissue correlation. Methods The experimental group hypertrophic scar and normal skin tissue as a control group,two groups of P16 expression was detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results P16 positive expression rate in hypertrophic scars 78.9%,significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).No significant gender expression site. Conclusions The scar formation process,P16 as a negative regulator of cell cycle expression imbalance important mechanism involved in scar outcome.
