Research on the Experiment Technique of Agarose Gel Electrophoresis

Based on the detection of the Agarose gel electrophoresis for the genomic DNA of F.microcarpa,as well the common problems occurred in this experiment,we further study the Agarose gel electrophoresis.The results will provide an important guidance to the biology experiment workers.
