Diffusion tensor imaging analysis

Diffusion Tensor Imaging(DTI)can be used to measure the diffusion properties of water molecules.This paper reviews the principle of DWI and DTI.Then we introduce derivation of DTI from DWI through least square alˉgorithm.Finaly we obtain other special information about diffusion from DTI.
