摘要
This study focused on identification of the main bacterial pathogens which caused the death of fur-bearing animals(raccoon dog,fox,mink) in the last two years.The fresh samples were examined by clinical analysis and pathology observation on the basis of epidemiological investigation to identify the main pathogen.Meanwhile,pathogenic bacteria were isolated and purified from lesion tissues in liver,lung and trachea.The bacteria were identified by drug susceptibility test,pathogenicity test,the morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics examination as well as 16S rRNA sequencing.The results showed that the isolates were not only highly sensitive to ceftriaxone and sulbactam,but also had strong pathogenicity to mice.Forthermore,they were also proved to have high similarity(98.6% to 100%) with the 16S rRNA gene of Klebsiella pneumoniae.From a comprehensive analysis,the bacteria were identified to be K.pneumoniae of Klebsiella generic.
