On antibacterial activities of Eupatorium adenophorum

Extraction of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng has the higher suppression effects on Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary.Corresponding extraction was obtained by extraction of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng with petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and normal butyl alcohol,followed by the subsequent steps: determination of the active ingredients of Eupatorium adenophorura Spreng derived from extraction of petroleum ether through the bacteriostasis,reuse of different of gradient mixed organic solvents to its concentration and the silica gel chromatographic analysis and ration collection.Through the bacteriostasis it is obviously revelaled that the centralized spot of the active ingredients of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng,namely the elution of petroleum ether: ethyl acetate (8:1), the elution of petroleum ether:ethyl acetate(4:1).
