摘要
Tumor Gene Therapies In article number 2207204, Wenjing Xie, Yang Zhang, Louzhen Fan, and co-workers design and synthesize the large amino acid mimicking carbon dots with guanidinium functionalization (LAAM GUA-CDs), to load siRNA through the multiple hydrogen bonds. And more importantly, tumor-targeted gene silence therapy is realized due to the interaction of amino acid groups with LAT1 overexpressed in tumor cells. This study provides a versatile strategy for tumor-targeted gene therapy.
