摘要
In this paper, we introduce a voltage‐programmed pixel circuit to compensate for the uneven display of the Active‐matrix Organic Light‐Emitting Diode (AMOLED) screen due to the variation of the driving TFT threshold voltage and the degradation of the Organic Light‐Emitting Diode (OLED) threshold voltage. The circuit consists of five transistors, two capacitors, and an OLED. In the threshold voltage extraction stage, the circuit extracts the threshold voltage of the driving transistor and generates a discharge voltage related to threshold voltage during the data input stage. The circuit can compensate for changes in electrical characteristics, such as threshold voltage and, and prevent OLED flicker. Empyrean Aether FPD simulation results show that when the threshold voltage of the driving transistor changes by ±0.3 V, the OLED current error rate is less than 56%
