摘要
Abstract Single‐atom materials (SAMs) feature isolated metal sites embedded inside inorganic or organic supports. Thanks to the well‐defined electrochemically active centers, SAMs have demonstrated expectational performance as electrochemical sensors. In this review, we provided an introductive discussion on the current research progress of metal‐inorganic/organic SAMs‐based sensors, including mainly metal‐carbon, metal‐metal oxide/hydroxide/dichalcogenide, metal‐organic frameworks, and metal‐doped covalent organic frameworks. Following these examples, we outlined a few general strategies for rationalizing SAMs towards better sensitivity, selectivity, and stability.
