摘要
The mesoporous γ-Al2O3 was prepared by precipitation and hydrothermal method using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as the dual template and aluminum nitrate as the raw. The effects of template selection, reaction crystallization time and calcination temperature of γ-Al2O3 were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by TG-DTG, XRD, SEM, TEM, BET, FT-IR and CO2-TPD. The results show that the synthesized γ-Al2O3 has high crystallinity, large pore size, high thermal stability and basic surface, and it is shown that the carrier-supported hydrotalcite has effective activity for transesterification. When the reaction time was 3 h, the yield of biodiesel oil reached 95%.
