Non-thermal plasma produced by dielectric barrier discharge was used to pro-oxidize NO in C 3 H 6 / NO / N 2 / O 2 mixture and NO conversion mechanism was analyzed. The influences of discharge power,C 3 H 6 initial concentration and O 2 concentration on NO 2 / NO ratio and NO x conversion efficiency were also studied. The obtained results indicate that with the discharge power increasing,NO concentration decreases firstly and then increases,and NO 2 / NO ratio increases firstly and then decreases. NO x conversion efficiency and N 2 O concentration rise. With the same discharge power,NO 2 / NO ratio and NO x conversion efficiency grow with the increasing of C 3 H 6 initial concentration,NO 2 / NO ratio rises and NO x conversion efficiency reduces with the increasing of O 2 concentration. In addition,NO 2 / NO ratio could reach 1 by controlling C 3 H 6 and O 2 concentration,which is benefit to NO x conversion with SCR system.
