In the human resource management outsourcing,the adverse selection from the service providers and the risk of opportunistic behavior have become one of the key to the success of outsourcing.According to the problems of evaluation and selection for the service providers,it proposes using elements of total point method to selection the outsourcing service providers based on the evaluation of method and theory of the choosing from home and abroad service providers,builds the index system of selecting for the outsourcing service providers,and it can provide a structured way for enterprises to choose the right outsourcing service providers.
