摘要
A flame retardant waterborne polyurethane was synthesized through incorporating bromine containing groups into the polyurethane structure in the chain-extension step.The obtained products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and 13C-NMR,and the flame retardancy of the polymers were determined by limiting oxygen index(LOI).Thermal properties of the polymers were investigated by TG,and were evaluated by DSC,The results show containing 15%DBNPG in prepolymer,the LOI of the dry film reaches 29.6%,and the thermal stability enhances compared with the polyurethane without DBNPG.Microphase separation shows some corresponding changes with the increasing content of DBNPG.
