Construction of the Technician Team in Universities

Starting from the cultivation of innovative talents in universities,this paper analyzed the important role the technician team plays in universities and the necessity of strengthening the construction of the technician team.It put forward the problems in the construction of the technician teams in universities and proposed some countermeasures for the problems.It further suggested that the structure of technician teams in universities should be optimized to build up a compact,efficient technician team so as to improve the quality of personnel training in universities.
