摘要
Mannose modified chitosan (MAN-CS) treated poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles were prepared by the double emulsification method and used for FITC-OVA delivery. The effects of incubation period, NPs concentration and mannose on the uptake of NPs by macrophages were studied with a fluorescence microplate reader, flow cytometry and confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM).
