Hybrid Fault-tolerant Control System for Multiple Faults of Aeroengines

摘要
In this paper a hybrid fault-tolerant control system is presented to realize the function of fault-tolerant control during the situation of coexisting faults. In this fault-tolerant control system, the fault estimation process and the following fault-tolerant control process is combined into one process, which means the time cost of fault-tolerant control process can be shorten, and the performance of the control system will be improved. The fault-tolerant controller in this system is able to adjust its structure to adopt to different fault situations. The proposed approach is applied to the nonlinear aeroengine model. According to the simulation results, the hybrid fault-tolerant control system is able to locate the faulty ones, estimate the variations of faults and minimize the influence of faults when the sensor faults and actuator faults coexist.
