摘要
To the Editor: Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder characterized by hamartomas in different organs at various stages of life. Most patients with TSC have skin lesions, such as angiofibromas, fibrous cephalic plaques, ungual fibromas, shagreen patches, and hypomelanotic macules (HMs). Most of these lesions have a localized and very characteristic distribution, but HMs are found throughout the body in a pattern that is not specific.
