摘要
This study presents a synergistic photocatalytic method using acridinium salts and pyridine N-oxides for the Giese reaction between N-methylsulfonamides and olefins, which utilizes N-methylsulfonamides as α-aminoalkylating reagents. Notable features of this approach include mild reaction conditions, excellent atom economy, good site selectivity, a broad substrate scope, and the ability to enable postmodification of complex drug fragments.
