摘要
In view of the electromagnetic interference (EMI) problem caused by the increase of switching frequency, the combination of passive EMI filter and active EMI filter is adopted to improve the EMI noise suppression effect in the entire frequency band. The inductance coil is integrated on a magnetic core through reasonable design, and a dielectric layer is inserted in the planar coil to realize the fully integrated structure of the inductance and capacitance, further reducing the volume and weight of the filter. By building a single-phase GaN inverter simulation and experiment platform, the planar magnetic integration hybrid EMI filter is analyzed, and the feasibility of the planar magnetic integration method is verified.
