38‐3: Invited Paper: Integration Challenges for MicroLED on CMOS for AR

Hitting the performance, cost and yield targets for microLED displays that can be used in augmented reality headsets poses formidable challenges. Here we discuss some of those issues and report on the progress of MICLEDI 300mm manufacturing platform.
