This study showed that nesfatin-1 reduces neutrophils and suppresses inflammation via the HMGB-1/TLR4/Nuclear Factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB)/NLRP3 pathway, suggesting its potential clinical application in the treatment of BPD.
