아파트 주호의 자연통풍에 관한 모형실험연구 ( An Experimental Study on the Natural Ventilation of Apartment Unit with Scale Model )

With scale models of single corridor type apartment unit, various interior wind velocity ratios are measured and typical air flow path through openings of rooms are visualized. As the results of scale model experiment, natural ventilation in a apartment unit is greatly increased when entrance door is open. Therefore, following measures should be considered to achieve proper indoor natural ventilation. 1. Projection of balcony overhang should be designed adquate ly and when windows are installed in balcony the opening size and location should be properly provided. 2. Location of doorways in each room and layout of partition walls should be arranged appropriately in a apartment unit plan to increase wind velocity ratio.
