摘要
Abstract A solid state diffusion method for preparation of KMgF3:Eu is described. Thermoluminescence characteristics are studied and it is shown that the phosphor is useful for application in dosimetry of ionizing radiations. The proposed method does not involve melting of constituent fluorides which can be rather tricky. The solid state diffusion method is suitable for producing large batches.
