Determination of Cordycepin in Cultured Yongchongcao(Cordyceps militaris L.Link) by HPLC

In order to determine the content of Cordycepin in sorophore of cultured Cordyceps militaris L.Link and medium.HPLC method was used for determination of Cordycepin on C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution (pH6.5)methanol (85∶15) and detection wavelength was 260 nm.The content of Cordycepin in sorophore of cultured Cordyceps militaris L.Link is between 1.11%～1.44%, the average is 1.29%,RSD is 9.6%.Trace quantity Cordycepin was detected in natural Cordyceps sinensis.The contents are different in different samples of Cordyceps militaris.They are all higher than Cordyceps sinensis.
