Controllable synthesis and functionalization of SiO2 nanoflowers for fluorine-free superhydrophobic fabric-based oil/water mixture and emulsion separation

The nano flower-like silica (NFS) was modified with silane coupling agent (MNFS), and the superhydrophobic cotton fabric was constructed based on thiol-ene click reactions, showing excellent performance in oil-water mixture and emulsion separation.
