摘要
Magnesiumoxanealumoxanesiloxanes as precursors of high-purity ceramics of cordierite composition have been synthesized. Physicochemical properties of magnesiumoxanealumoxanesiloxanes and ceramic samples on their basis have been studied. A calculation model for group and elemental composition of oligomeric molecule of magnesiumoxanealumoxanesiloxane has been proposed. It has been shown by X‑ray powder diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy that pyrolysis of organomagnesiumoxanealumoxanesiloxanes at 1300°C leads to formation of high-purity fine-crystalline multicomponent ceramics based on aluminum, magnesium, and silicon oxides (cordierite and sapphyrin). Magnesiumoxanealumoxanesiloxanes have been shown to be preceramic precursors for components (matrices, fibers, powders) and can be used for designing new generation of ceramic composites of cordierite composition.
