摘要
Experimental acute lung inflammation in mice was modelled by inhalation of lipopolysaccharide aerosol from a Salmonella typhi microbial cell. It has been shown that inhalation aerosol administration of lipopolysaccharide (particle size 1.1±0.1 μm) for 60 min at a dose of 5.3 μg/kg leads to a pronounced haemodynamic and emphysematous reversible change in the lungs after 5-7 days, which is characteristic of acute lung inflammation.
