Anisotropic ultrafast hot carrier dynamics of two-dimensional SnS single crystals

We studied hot carrier relaxation in 2D SnS and observed faster decay along the b -axis than the a -axis. This anisotropy stems from anisotropic phonon distribution enhancing electron–phonon coupling in the b -axis direction.
