ANÁLISE DA PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA SOBRE ORGANIZAÇÕES SUSTENTÁVEIS EM REVISTAS INDEXADAS NO SCIENTIFIC ELECTRONIC LIBRARY ONLINE (SCIELO) ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION ON SUSTAINABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN MAGAZINES LINKED IN SCIENTIFIC ELECTRONIC LIBRARY ONLINE (SCIELO)

This study aims to analyze the scientific literature on sustainable organizations in journals indexed in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). We performed a quantitative study of exploratory and descriptive character through bibliometric study that focus on the treatment and quantitative analysis of scientific publications. We used the SciELO because it is the largest database of free access to the world, and for hosting the best Brazilian scientific journals. It was found that 25 scientific journals in SciELO, has published articles on sustainable organization, totaling 44 works, of which the year 2012 with the largest number of publications. The amount of magazines that publish on the subject can be seen being super estimated that there are only 15 of them in an article on the subject, showing the low expressivity of the same in this area. Another downside is the small amount of articles that are cited, only 11 (25%) of 44. The amount of scientific publications indexed in SciELO grown over the past years, however, the publications about sustainable organization, which is a current topic and discussed worldwide through conferences among others, has a low amount of publication in scientific journals SciELO.
