Objective To investigate risk factors of contrast-induced nephropathy in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI were enrolled in this study. The selected patients were divided into CIN group and non-CIN group according to changes in serum creatinine levels within 48 h after percutaneous coronary intervention, and then we analyzed the related risk factors of contrast-induced nephropathy. Results 13 cases of CIN were found in 120 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI,the incidence of CIN was 10.83%.Logistic regression analysis showed that risk factors of CIN included renal insufficiency, diabetes, contrast agent dose and advanced age. Conclusion Renal insufficiency, diabetes, contrast agent dose and advanced age are risk factors of contrast-induced nephropathy in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention.
