Influence of Shot Glissading Skill on Shot Put Distance of Male College students

In the experiment, three groups of male college students are trained to put shots respectively through such skills as shot put on site, step-by-step shot put and integral shot put. The results after 10 periods show that the group with integral shot put skill get the highest marks while the two other groups get similar marks(P0.05), which proves that integral didactics is much more effective in improving shot put marks of male college students.
