DISCUSSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT SYSTEM

The environmental impact assessment system is important tool and measure of environmental protection,and to establish sci- entific environmental impact assessment system is guarantee of improving human existence situation and obtaining good environmental quality. According to environmental protection work practice,the formation and development of environmental impact assessment system of China,ex- isting problems occurred in implementation of environmental impact assessment system and countermeasures are discussed.
