I this paper, the finite element analysis theory provides an effective method for the study of complex mechanical performance problems. Taking the underground scraper conveyor sprocket asked the research object, research on the machine model using finite element analysis method. Through calculation of the first 10 order modes, the effect of frequency range, and the sprocket tooth thickness and width as an example to analyze the manufacturing parameters in the mechanical design to avoid. This study provides an effective approach for the optimization and improvement of coal mine machinery equipment.
