摘要
According to the characteristics of steelmaking continuous casting production process, a model of SCC production scheduling problem with limited buffer and flexible maintenance constraints was established. A hybrid optimization algorithm based on Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms (NSGA) and artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm was designed. The improved hybrid algorithm uses the way of updating the solution in the ABC algorithm, using the external set to retain the individuals searched from the neighborhood to ensure that the best individuals are not lost, and introducing the operation of cross-variance in the non-dominated set to improve the search performance of the algorithm. Finally, five groups of production data with different scales are designed. The experimental results show that the hybrid improved algorithm is better than NSGA-II algorithm and ABC algorithm.
